The NCAA changed the landscape of college sports earlier in the month when it ruled that athletes would be able to profit off their Name, Image and Likeness and maintain their college eligibility. Alabama incoming freshman JD Davison took to Instagram to announce a partnership Moneyball Sportswear.

Davison recently announced a partnership with PSD Underwear and now adds Moneyball Sportswear.

Moneyball Sportswear was started in 2002 by former NBA Player Desmond Ferguson. Their focus is to make unique, customizable uniforms for athletes. The company offers t-shirts, sweatshirts, polos, shorts and sweatpants. The company offers uniform needs for baseball, basketball, football, soccer, softball, track and field and volleyball.

Davison comes to The Capstone with high expectations, the point guard from Letohatchee, Al. is considered a 5-star prospect from 247Sports. He is considered the top player in the state and the No. 10 player in the nation.

Davison will likely only spend one season in Tuscaloosa and then take his talents to the NBA. His high-flying style and signature hair make him extremely marketable for companies looking to invest in athletes early in their careers.
