During his three-year career in Eugene, Oregon, Green has totaled 22 tackles, one pass breakup, and one sack. The 6-foot-5, 330-pound defensive lineman from Cypress, Texas, was rated as the No. 211 overall prospect in Oregon's 2023 recruiting class, the No. 30 defensive lineman, and the No. 37 player in Texas.

During his redshirt freshman season in 2024, Green played in seven games for the Ducks, recording four tackles, 2.0 tackles for loss, one sack, and a pass breakup. He saw action on 36 total snaps defensively and was graded with a 78.1 run-defense grade and a 74.6 tackling grade.

In 2025, with Oregon, Green played the third-most snaps of any interior defensive lineman for the Ducks (269 total) and appeared in all 15 games for Oregon. He will have two seasons of eligibility remaining.
