Jail Search Finds Meth In Inmate’s Body Cavity
Why does all the crazy stuff happen up in Limestone County?
Last week, I wrote on a strange story which you can read HERE This week, comes another bizarre news item that happened up in the Limestone County Jail.
An inmate in the facility is facing additional charges after meth and two unidentified pills were found in a plastic bag hidden in her body cavity. The inmate, Christy Evans, is now facing charges of promoting prison contraband and possession of a controlled substance.
Authorities at the jail suspected she was under the influence of narcotics, after observing her peculiar behavior throughout the day. A correctional officer exercised a full body search on Evans, where upon the drugs were found in an unmentionable body cavity.
Evans’ was originally arrested due to numerous traffic warrants. Bond on her new charges has been set at $7,500.
