It looks like Joe Budden is in some legal trouble. The Slaughterhouse rapper blew off a court hearing and now a judge has issued a warrant for his arrest.

The case stems from an August 2014 incident in which the New Jersey rhyme-spitter is accused of stealing his ex-girlfriend’s cell phone and allegedly beating her. He was formally charged on robbery and grand larceny charges.

According to TMZ, Budden was scheduled to appear at a hearing on Thursday (May 28) but didn’t show up. A judge then immediately issued a bench warrant for his arrest.

So far, Budden has remain quiet on the situation although he did post what appears to be cryptic tweets on his Twitter account.

Budden’s attorney had no comment on the matter.
