Mary J. Blige Claims Estranged Husband Refuses to Return Her Grammy and Cars
The divorce between Mary J. Blige and her estranged husband, Martin Kendu Isaacs, is only getting nastier, and now things have taken a turn for the worse.
The "Be Happy" singer is working hard to get the divorce settlement process over with, but unfortunately, there may be some serious possession issues between the former couple. According to TMZ, new legal documents reveal that Mary is claiming that Isaacs refuses to return one of Grammys, as well as two luxury cars that are leased under her company's name.
The veteran vocalist reportedly claims that her ex has three cars, which includes a Range Rover he was supposed to fork over back in February. As for the two other cars, which are both Mercedes, Mary reportedly says that her estranged hubby can keep the SL550, but she is demanding the C300 be returned to her.
On top of it all, Mary is also claiming that Isaacs fleeced her out of $420,000 in supposed expenses for business, but the expenses apparently had nothing to do with her business. Unfortunately, this divorce is even tougher on the two, as Isaacs has been Blige's manager for years now.
Blige originally filed for divorce from her estranged husband back in late July this year, and the drama quickly stirred up between the two during the settlement process.
