Mary J. Blige is back with a mid-temp break up groove, "U + Me (Love Lesson)."

As expected, the groovy track, produced by Brandon Hodge, finds the singer remembering the wrongs her former love committed, before she decides to pack up and kick rocks.

"Tell me what you're thinking, 'cause this is what you wanted/Should've been the one to hold me when I got lonely/'Cause every time I think of the lies you told to me/Make it easy for me to leave," she candidly sings on the second verse.

Obviously, Blige is not just the queen of hip-hop soul but the queen of heartbreak music, and her new material has only further exemplified that as of late, following her divorce from longtime manager Kendu Isaacs this summer.

The song will be featured on her anticipated upcoming album, Strength of a Woman. Listen to it below.
