Pet Of The Week: Gingersnap Is A Cutie That Will Steal Your Heart
I must admit, I'm scared of cats. Not many cats can make me go "awwwwww." This adorable cutie did just that! Every week we team up with the Humane Society of West Alabama to bring you a new pet who is up for adoption and is looking for a loving home. This week's HSWA Pet of the Week is Gingersnap.
Press ReleaseGingersnap is a nearly 4-month old kitten with a gentle and shy personality. His mother, Cookie, gave birth to six kittens we call the "Cookie Crumbs" and they are all available for adoption. Gingersnap and his litter mates love playing and can often be seen wrestling with each other and climbing cat trees at top speeds. Once they are done, they love cuddling up with each other in little hiding spots for a nice long nap. This handsome boy can be a little reserved, so we would love for him to get adopted with one of his siblings or into a home with another furry friend so he can continue to build his confidence through playtime and snuggles!Gingersnap is up-to-date on vaccinations and tested negative for FIV and Feline Leukemia. Once he is of age, he will be neutered and microchipped. His adoption fee is $75. If you're interested in giving this "super man" a home, please set up an appointment by emailing humaneswa@yahoo.com or by calling 205-554-0011 (leave a message). All adopters are required to be pre-approved by filling out the adoption application on our website.
