At lunch, our company came downtown to welcome a new team member, and I couldn't help but notice this sign.

It's in a very high-traffic area, too.

This particular block is very popular for dinner and drinks and is within a block of the Bama Theater, the water board, and the Tuscaloosa Intermodal Facility.

With all of the events that take place in this area, all it takes is for the right business to come in. It would also be beneficial to take advantage of the sidewalk space available.
