Real Christmas Tree VS The Artificial Christmas Tree

Let me be the first to admit, I LOVE Christmas time, however, I'm not one of those people that has to start decorating on the evening of Thanksgiving!

So Today, we decided to go get a Christmas Tree!  So being that this is actually my boyfriend and I first time celebrating it at home, we never had the discussion about what type of tree we wanted.

Well, normally, he's the frugal one, so I just assumed he would want an artificial tree, so I didn't think we'd have a problem agreeing on this...we did! He always wanted to get a real tree!  I don't care for real trees! My issues are the pine needles all over the place, they can cause a firs, not to mention you have to keep them watered! Oh and lets not mention the bugs that could be in the trees!

At least with an artificial tree, you just take it out of the box and put it up.  No watering, no pine needles every where and the tree I wanted already came pre lit!  Most of all, when Christmas is over with, you can put it back in the box and put it up for next year! You can't beat that!
