Terrence Howard’s Divorce Settlement Is Overturned

Terrence Howard is a happy man! A judge overturned his divorce settlement with his second ex-wife today. The judge found that Terrence Howard was coerced into signing the settlement by her threats to leak private details.

So now it’s back to the negotiation table for Terrence Howard and his ex-wife Michelle Ghent.

Howard said he signed a 2012 settlement because he was afraid she would leak a video of him dancing nude in a bathroom and phone sex recording with other women.

The agreement entitled her to a share of his earnings including a part of his salary from “Empire”.

FYI “Empire” is set to return September 23, 2015.
