This woman is actually suing her 12-year-old nephew for $127,000 claiming his hug caused her to fall and break her wrist. The kid was 8-years-old at the time of the accident.

She testified in that the boy was riding a bike when she arrived at his home and when saw her he jumped off the bike ran over and hugged her causing her to fall and break her wrist.
