Our fellow Alabamians need our help, as violent tornadoes claimed 23 lives in Lee County yesterday and left a path of devastation that is over a quarter of a mile wide and several miles long.

Townsquare Media Tuscaloosa and Julio Jones Kia Mazda have teamed up to host a tornado relief drive for our neighbors in need, and we're asking everyone in Tuscaloosa and West Alabama to step up and join the 'Tide for Tigers' movement.

Lee County and so many in Auburn helped us after the 2011 tornado, and it's our chance to return their kindness.

We are collecting donations at the showroom of Julio Jones Kia Mazda, located at the intersection of Skyland Boulevard and Greensboro Avenue in Tuscaloosa. 'Tide for Tigers' needs toiletries, clothing, diapers, non-perishables, and cleaning supplies, so please drop off your donations as soon as you can. Thanks to Premier Service Company, we have a box truck parked at Julio Jones Kia Mazda. We want to fill this truck FULL of supplies to send to Lee County.

A special thank-you to PRIDESTAFF for assisting with the Tide for Tigers relief effort.

Bryant Bank has also joined the tornado relief drive and is accepting cash donations at all of their area branches.
