According the the ADPH dashboard, over 1 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been admistered in Alabama so far. It's evident that the virus is real and people are aware. Members in the community also still want to know their status when it comes to COVID-19 and if they're infected or not. You can do this for free with this awesome event in town.

Sunday, March 21st at the Christian Community Church of Tuscaloosa, there will be free COVID-19 testing from 10a-1p. There are no restrictions in who will be allowed to be tested. It's ocmpletely onpen to the community. All you need is a photo ID, and your insurance card.

If you don't have insrurance, it's ok, you can still be tested. Your Insrurance information isn't being collected to bill you.

I spoke with the Dr. Clarence Sutton Jr., Pastor of Christian Community Church of Tuscaloosa and he was excited to host this event. He told me how he understands that there is limited access to testing in our communites and he wants to help fight that issue with this event.

According the ADPH dashboard, Alabama currrently has just over 500,000 COVID-19 cases. Let's do our part to prevent the spread of this virus by knowing our status when it comes to COVID-19.
