U.S. Baseball Academy Prepares for Tuscaloosa Camp

"Summer bodies are made in the winter."

"If you stay ready, you won't have to GET ready."

"It's too late to prepare when the opportunity presents itself."

These are just a few sayings emphasizing the importance of preparation.  Most of us can apply them to our lives, but it's even more imperative for athletes to develop their skills ahead of their seasons.

Though baseball season technically begins around Spring, camps are running in the winter. One such event will take place at Stillman College beginning this Sunday, January 12.

The U.S. Baseball Academy is holding a Winter/Spring camp with sessions focusing on hitting, pitching, and fielding/base running.  Pricing depends on how many sessions you decide to do. However, receiving professional guidance could make for a more successful season this year, which could lead to a promising career in baseball.
