WTUG Live At The Grand Opening Of Tinsel Trail
I am super excited to share that I will be broadcasting live from the Grand Opening of Tinsel Trail presented by Buffalo Rock. All the fun will take place on Monday, November 25th, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the Tuscaloosa River Market. This is a free event, and festivities include Santa, live performances, refreshments, and more. To kick off the holiday season the trees located along the Tuscaloosa River Walk outside of the River Market and the Amphitheater will be lit for the first time.
This is my first Tinsel Trail, but 2019 marks the seventh year! I was so happy to learn that “Tinsel Trail is a project of the Tuscaloosa's One Place, a Family Resource Center, a 501(c) (3) organization, dedicated to making a difference in the lives of local families. We serve over 8,500 people per year through after school programs, parenting and fatherhood, healthy relationship education, career development, GED classes, and teen intervention programs. Proceeds from Tinsel Trail are used to support these programs and serve our local community.”
