Employer’s Flu Shot Ultimatum?

What if your employee gave you these 3 choices?  Get the flu shot, get an approved religious or medical exemption, or leave the company. What would you do?

I've admitted that when I was in the Army and it was time to take our Flu shots, I would always say that I was pregnant, it worked like a charm!

Well, that's not the case in Duluth, MN! Dozens of employees at Essentia Health, 50 employees, to be exact lost their jobs because of a Flu shot!

The employees and others of Essentia knew this since September.

So far, d 99.5 percent of employees have chosen the first two options, however, 50 or so have been terminated...so far.
