Father Tells Kids To Lie To Police

Now this is stretch, a father tells his 4 kids to lie to police about a shooting in the house. Normally we are taught to listen to our parents, don't lie, cheat, steal, etc. but this father wanted his kids to do just that...lie and to the police to make it even worse.

Well they didn't and now the father is charged with capital murder, during the course of a burglary.

According to AL.com, the four children told law enforcement their father was responsible for theshooting death of their babysitter and he told them to lie to law enforcement about who did it before the father left the house.

The children ages 14, 13, 11 and 7 - were home at the time of the shooting. Thank goodness for honest children who know right from wrong.

How could a father actually think that the kids would lie for him? He was abusive to their mother, what was he thinking? Full Story
