Felt With The Heart

In all honesty, I’ve been having a one-person pity party about “people,” not making time for me.  Also, pouting about how people, in general, don’t take time out to call, ask you how you are doing, invite you to lunch, or be in your presence.  Out of the blue, someone close to me took time out of their day to text me this quote > “The best and most beautiful things in this world cannot be seen or even heard but must be felt with the heart.” – Helen Keller.  That really hit me.  IT MUST BE FELT WITH THE HEART!  Wow!  It totally made sense, I read the text over and over … and over some more.  In life, at times you can’t be in everyone’s presence, chat all the time, or even know that someone wants you to ask how them “how THEY are doing.”  If it’s a genuine connection, you will feel it with your heart.  The pity party has concluded.
