Here Is Help In Making New Year’s Resolutions

Yikes, it’s New Year’s Resolutions time!  According to UAB Medicine News, “less than 8% of people actually stick to their resolutions each year, according to some estimates, yet millions of Americans continue to set goals with high hopes of a better year ahead.”

Let’s not be in that 8%!  If you are like me, you are crafting your New Year’s Resolutions.  I have about ten that I am wrestling within my mind.  I adore Passion Planners, and they suggest that you should start “by thinking of resolutions as goals, you turn lofty notions into changes you really want to make and to which you’ll stay committed.”

As I was writing up my resolutions, this article from Forbes stood out to me because of the leadership; I would like to take within my life personally and professionally.  There top ten is impressive, check it out here.
