The department welcomes two deputies and two K9 officers.

Deputy Stephenson and Deputy Burnett have joined the force along with both of their K9 partners.

The new K9 officers are certified in drug detection and tracking, which will be a valuable asset to the department.

According to the department, the K9s help combat illegal drugs and assist in finding missing persons.

The department also added that the additions were made possible through the generosity of donors who wish to remain anonymous.
