Tuscaloosa Location of Mooyah Closed; Golden Rule Bar-B-Q to Open Soon

Another Tuscaloosa restaurant has closed its doors.Mooyah Burgers, Shakes, and Fries, located at the intersection of University Boulevard and Campus Drive on The Strip, has closed for good.

While tailgating this weekend, I noticed that Mooyah was closed. The restaurant had a sign taped to its doors, and all of its windows had been covered as well.

There is also a giant banner proclaiming that a Golden Rule Bar-B-Q is "coming soon;" I can only assume that the location is now in the process of being transformed into a Golden Rule.

No information is currently available about the new restaurant's opening day.
