Missing the Crimson Tide over the summer? The SEC Network has Alabama fans covered today highlighting a historic athletic season in the 2020-21 academic year. The Crimson Tide won five SEC championships in four sports football, men's basketball, gymnastics and softball.

Former Alabama Crimson Tide pitcher Krystal Goodman has her next step lined up. Goodman will join the Southern Mississippi Golden Eagles softball program as a graduate assistant. Goodman, a Mississippi native will get started this coming fall after playing for the Crimson Tide from 2019 to 2021.

The Alabama Crimson Tide softball team just completed a special season that saw the Tide finish as SEC Tournament champions and No. 3 in the nation in the final rankings. Alabama is losing several key members from Team 25 but Patrick Murphy's Alabama squad picked up senior infielder Ashley Prange by way of the transfer portal from Ohio State.

Alabama Softball ended its 2021 season ranked No. 3 in the national polls. This is the team's second top-five finish in the last three years and its 22nd top-25 finish in a row.

After such an impressive season, Fouts was named the Schutt Sport/NFCA Pitcher of the Year, which was first awarded back in 2019.

Montana Fouts and Bailey Hemphill can add another accomplishment to their softball careers: WCWS All-Tournament Team.

Sides spent four seasons with the Crimson Tide and decided to transfer for her COVID eligibility year. As a freshman, she appeared in 44 games primarily as a pinch-runner. In her sophomore year the Dora, Ala., native gained her spot in the Alabama outfield and would go on to start 134 games in her career.
